I scan the hull in order to make correction for the hull via 3D software, and at the end get the exact data for the ribs and the keels.
It takes 60,000 USD to buy this scan system, and the scan service for once will also be very expensive.

Draw the outline of the designing picture from the original manufacturer, ensure the basic shapes for keel, rib, deck and side decks, with the help of wasa designing picture, to figure out the gradient of the mast and the cover for the whole model. At last, use laser machine to cut the panels and do the sample.
